Lance has been a full time real estate agent since 1983 and is the former manager of the Macdonald Realty office in West Vancouver. He is a Master Medallion Club Member of the Real Estate Board with a UBC Diploma for Agent 9.15 designation. He also has a project marketing diploma from the B.C. Real Estate Association. He is a past Divisional President of the West Vancouver Branch of the Real Estate Board, Past Director of the Real Estate Board and is currently a member of the Arbitration Committee for the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver. Lance is knowledgeable and articulate in both residential and commercial sales and is trusted in the real estate industry by both colleagues and clients.
Lance has been a North Shore resident since 1976 and has been married since 1987 with two children. He has always been actively involved in the community; former cub leader and soccer/basketball/baseball coach for both kids' teams, plus consistent sponsor of the Handsworth Football and Basketball programs. Lance is an avid biker & runner, having completed the Test of Metal bike competition three times and run five marathons, plus various half marathons.
